Orders and Shipping FAQ

  • Orders are shipped 1-3 business days after processing is complete. Shipping time will depend upon the shipping method paid for in the order.
  • At this time, we do not offer customer accounts.
  • If a wrong shipping address was entered and your order was processed, visit the Contact Us tab on our site and send us an email with your name, order number and the correct address you would like your order sent to. We will reach out once your address has been updated.

A tracking number will be sent to the email provided in your order once your order has been processed.

We do not keep any payment information on file. You may need to use a personal autofill setting to save any personal information.

  • Yes. Sales Tax is applied to every order.
  • At this time we only offer shipping within the US.
  • All items in your processed order will arrive in one package. If you placed multiple orders, they will be shipped as individual orders.

 

Return/Exchange FAQ

We offer a money back guarantee within 90 days of receiving our products. If you’re not satisfied with the quality of our products, we’ll refund your purchase.

  • If you receive a different item or product strength, visit the Contact Us tab on our site and send us an email with your name, order number and attached image of what you received. We will reach out once your Exchange has been authorized.
  • If one or more of your items arrives damaged, visit the Contact Us tab on our site and send us an email with your name, order number and attached image of what you received. We will reach out once your Exchange has been authorized.

Upon Return Authorization, a return address and pre-paid label will be emailed to you with detailed instructions and return address.

  • Please visit the Contact Us tab on our site to submit an email with any questions you may have, and we will get back to you within 3 business days.

  • Orders may be changed or canceled only by submitting a request before it is shipped. Visit the Contact Us tab on our site and send us an email with your name, order number and request. We will reach out once your order has been reviewed/authorized.
  • Due to high demand, we may not always be able to fulfill pre-orders, hence will not offer them at this time. Visit the Contact Us tab on our site and send us an email with your name, preferred contact and the item you wish to purchase. We will reach out once the item is back in stock.

FULL 90-DAY RETURN POLICY

If you are not fully satisfied with the quality of our products, please contact us for a refund.  We cannot guarantee any specific outcome or result as every person is different. Try our products out and if you aren’t satisfied, you can send them back for a refund within 90 days of purchasing. We cannot refund shipping costs under any circumstances. Postage will be deducted from all returns. To request a refund, visit the Contact Us tab on our site and send us an email with your name, order number and attached image of what you received. We will reach out if and when your Refund has been authorized.

The following terms apply for all returned items:

  • Customers are to send back all bottles in which they are requesting a refund for, including all empty or open bottles. We cannot issue a refund without receiving it/them.
  • Refunds will be issued to the original credit card or payment method used. Refunds cannot be processed to alternate cards or different forms of payment.
  • Shipping charges are not refundable. The customer will be responsible for any fees related to shipping the item back to us.
  • We are not responsible for lost or stolen items. We recommend all returned items to be sent using some type of delivery confirmation system, or by pre-paid return label (if applicable).
  • Please write the order number assigned to you on your package. The number must be legible on the return package. Our shipping department will not accept any packages without an order number.
  • It generally takes your financial institution 5-7 business days to credit your refund. For some, it can take up to 30 days to reflect on your statement.
